On October 5, 2011, I noticed a charge against my banking account for $30.00 under the name of Fundguardnt. When I called the 88-403-4051 number, I spoke with an agent who told me it was Funding Assurance and that I had applied for a pay day loan on October 3. I told her that I did not appy for a payday loan and I wanted my $30 refunded into my account, that I did not give them permission to access my account and that I would report them and to reimburse my account now. They said that they would refund my account within 3-7 business days. I notified my bank with a complaint on this company and disputed the charge.
