I downloaded software to address several recurrent problems I was having and was referred on to this company.

After paying $249.95 on my Visa, I was told the problems would be solved in 45 minutes or less. About 2 hours later, as I rushed out the door to a meeting, I was asked if everything was noow OK. I said I could not test it but they would not let me go without my saying "OK as best I could tell."

Needless to say, things were not OK and I called back the next day when I had 90 minutes to spare. After another 45 minutes that ballooned to 90+ minutes, a supervisor and I went through the same ritual.

Things seemed to be getting worse, so I called a third time and was told I should buy an "identity theft" program from them for the bargain price of $49 because my anti-virus and SpyBot software was not enough.

At that point, I refused further "Assistance." I called my VISA company and have the charge now in contention. Your help in resolving this issue by facilitating elimination of the charge would be greatly appreciate.
