I received an on-line quote from HelloTotem of $235 for an iPhone 4s on 1/25/13. I accepted the quote and Totem sent a shipping box. My order was P951068. They received my iPhone on 3/6/13. They examined my iPhone and requoted to a higher grade of $270. I was informed of this by email and was told payment would be sent by check in 24 hours. Payment has never been received. On 4/3/13 I did a live chat with Totem but the issue was not resolved. On the same day I opened complaint ticket 6247. The 4/3/13 reply to this ticket said that it had been assigned to Rob Longo (listed elsewhere on the Internet as Totem CFO) and that he would reply very soon. I have added notes to my ticket requesting status and resolution but have received no replies. I have asked for payment or my phone back with no response. I had previously sold an iPhone to Totem and, other than being a little slow, it was a satisfactory transaction. This time it is anything but satisfactory.

  • Hey Alan, It seems like a broken record everytime I see these posts about these Totem people. We seem like we are singled out but they are so many people falling for this bunch's scam. I feel like I am in an AA group standing and telling my name plus what I am here for when I comment on another person's complaint. Support can only come from Jesus our Lord and Savior if we trust and obey him and let him control our hearts. He owns all that surrounds us. We have the upperhand when we die and go to heaven and they are left to suffer in a Devil's Hell. They will wish they had a cellphone that would reach from Hell to Heaven to tell Jesus they apologize for rejecting him. He died on the cross for all of us. Sorry I could not get your money back though :-(

  • We have found some dirt on Hello Totem by going on the Better Business Bureau website to submit a complaint on them. The logo of BBB is showing on the website of Hello Totem but the are not supported by the Bureau. This is ticking the Bureau off. We don't know if a lawsuit is against them are not.
