10 business days later I received an email that there were extra "customs" costs. Since then I have not received ANY information from them on either receiving my mower or getting my money back. Even had them online with their online customer service and they kept disconnecting when I asked about my order. I also know they are answering other emails as I used a different email address and they respond.

I found more information that looks suspicious - you have 3 complaints on Rachman Sentosa. It appears to be linked / same person(s). I will comment on this as well for these users / add marvina.net.
