I was loking for www.coachfactory that sales real coaches and somehow I ended up on this site. When I PURCHASED TWO PURSES & and two pair of sunglasses. When they arrived EVERYTHING WAS TOTALLY fake. I was so upset and tried to find a return receipt but the info on the invoice was in a language that I couldnt understand. The company that the transaction went through was altercards. Unfortunately I have been unsuccessful with trying to return these items for a refund. I am so upset by this. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK.
