I was looking on the website to see what the fuss was about when my kids said they wanted these. Unfortunately, they make you put in all your information including cc in the beginning before even checking out! So while looking through the products and then comparing them to others I decided not to go through with the purchase. This was 2 weeks ago and now today I get an email stating a confirmation of my purchase and it has been shipped. What? I didn't order these! So I called the company and they have some BS response that it is a live website and once you click it and there is a dollar sign with the amount for the product then your cc will be charged. This is such a scam! Do they think people are idiots? I never clicked and confirmed purchase! I asked to speak to a supervisor and he was no help at all and said was it the shipping charges that made me change my mind and he could lower them for me. Ummm, no! Instead of trying to help he was trying to do a cold call trick. Then I said I wanted my card refunded and they could put a call tag on the product since it was from UPS. He said the don't do that. NO, they won't do it is the issue. So I ended up filing a fraudulent claim with my bank. This is the most unethical, and probably illegal business practices ever. Do NOT BUY From this company!!!!
