This is my 4th follow up regarding my refund that I have still never received. My first conversation I was told my return was received and my credit card would be credited. A month later I still never saw a credit. I called a send time to follow up and was told there was some sort of website change over and that my card couldn't be credited and that Frank would have to cut a check. They were unsure as to why that never happened in the first place but said they would forward it to him but couldn't guarantee when a check would be issued or when I would receive it. When I asked for clarification she said she couldn't give me any. I then asked if we were talking a week, a month or two months? The girl I spoke with stated she really didn't know but yes it could be any of those. After a month of again receiving nothing I called again and spoke with someone who apologized profusely again referenced the website change over and stated that a check would get cut that day and that I could expect it in 5-7 days. It's now been 2 1/2 weeks and I've had to call again because yet again, nothing has been received. I spoke with Nancy who apologized profusely as they all do and was again informed that the supervisor/owner was not in the office neither was Ivana who is apparently the only other person who can handle this. I'm fairly certain that I spoke with her the last time I called and I don't know what it's going to take to rectify this situation. It's beyond unacceptable that any customer should have to continually follow up on something as trivial as a refund. I would like to rectify this situation immediately so I would appreciate someone getting back to me asap regarding this.
