I purchased a voucher from Tippr for the RoboSweep Automatic Sweeper and went to DealsonDirect website to purchase the item on 2/28/13 and to date have not received my item and have threatened lawsuit in small claims court. They were out of the office for a long period of time and alerted customers. When I emailed and threatened small claims suit, they said to call customer service. I did and Steve (with baby and dog in background screaming) said I should be getting it Thursday, 5/23/13, that they create the labels but send lots of orders in batches. But I've had it in USPS tracking saying item has shipped on 5/7/13 and that "Electronic Shipping Info Received." Somebody's lying.
