Exchange Property Management contacted us about selling our vacation time share. We said we were interested and gave them information about it. They emailed us the next week that they had found a buyer. They emailed us in a contract how much they were buying it for. The timeshare we own is in Cozumel Mexico. They would get a 5% fee of the sale. We agreed. Later we received an email that because it was in Mexico there was a Federal SAT fee. We talked with them many times about this and they said that according to #9 on the contract that all fees would be reimbursed when they wired us our check at the end. We talked to several people that were in charge of different areas. They seemed very knowledgeable and had different departments. They were very attentive and answered their phones and answered their emails very promptly. So I had to wire the money to their agent in Mexico that would go to the SAT office and pay it. After I did this they were supposed to have wired the money into our account. It didn't happen and they explained that Mexico had changed their laws and that there now is a State SAT fee. I fought with them on this and they had several responses. They again reminded me that it would be reimbursed to me at the end. So I wired the money to them. We never did get the money for the sale wired into our account. They no longer answer their phones or email.
