This company offered a special offer for 2hrs car hire with a $1000 deposit required and refunded after 28 days. After 28 days the money still wasn't retured so contacted them and was told that the car was returned 3 minutes late which incurred $500 and there was a passenger in the car which was another $250 + a $50 credit card surcharge....this was 3 months ago and still not even the remainder of apparently what was supposed to be refunded has appeared. The receptionist claims no matter how many times you ring that there is no one in the office higher than she. It's a scam. So frustrating!
