I took a loan thru their loan finding service and their terms of service said it was a one-time non-recurring fee so after I paid the loan off early (to a lender, not fastloanfast.com, I was charged the $30 fee. I just wanted to pay my bills on time. Now they charge me every month and the last charge was made only 2 weeks after the one before that. I have sent the affadavits to the banks for each time, and I have sent a letter to the bank and fastloanfast.com revoking the authorization for them to make any more drafts from my account. I sent these certified mail. I haven't received any acknowledgement from either and my bank has been completely terrible towards me about it as if I am the criminal. Ally Bank. Their fraud investigation unit is worthless. I've filed the FTC reports, the IC3 reports, the consumer financial protection bureau and its useless. So now Ally Bank must suffer because I cannot trust them to handle my affairs. In the age of electronic banking, it is imperative that a bank will sufficiently handle fraud and not treat the consumer as if they aren't supposed to enter into contracts online. So the only thing to do is change my direct deposit.
