I have spent over 480.00 in the last 5 weeks trying numerous games provided by High 5 casino on Facebook. When I 1st started playing the games were working properly. Although it is difficult to accumulate credits it is like any casino game in that respect. Then about 3 weeks ago the games would constantly freeze and many times the game would freeze when I had free spins and when this happens you lose your free spins because you must exit and reload game. Then on Divinci diamonds the game would always freeze on spin # 5 and stop. Another problem was the ist reel would continuously spin w/o stopping so again you are forced to exit.The worst thing that is happening is points being taken away. When I shut computer off I had 11,000 points and when I returned to game I had 8,000. This happened many times even in the middle of a game. Points would be taken away w/o me spinning. Now with their updated version I can no longer stop reels when I try. I do not mind paying for something that works but this game is rigged or someone is just ripping us off. Linda Huyler
