This has happened every month for several months. Company is hard to contact 866-598-4451. Must leave a message and mo return calls.I started complaining in March when I saw a $49.95 charge on my mother (Dorothy Meier) credit card bill. I rec'd I phone call (Janelle) telling me mom was behind on payments to KEI. I said I didn't think so since always a monthly charge on her credit card. I was told that the charges of $49.95 would go on for a year. For what? 5 years of magazines. What magazines? She started rattling off magazines that I have never seen in my mother's home. I told Janelle that my mother has Alzheimers and it sounded like the took advsntage of her over the phone. She told me if I got a statement from Dr. they would cancel the charges and magazines. I mailed Dr.'s letter on April 4 to KEI 2851 S. Parker Rd. Suite 300 Aurora, CO 80014. When I got her credit card statement, the charges are still there. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Pam Meier
