I check my checking account almost daily - this morning I noticed it was $30.00 lower than expected checked and found a $30.00 charge for Fund Assurance, never contacted them, never called me and I never authorized this deduction. These people are no better than the crooks. I want my money deposited back into my account, or at least a fax # or address to call. I was on hold for 15 minutes - never did speak to anyone.
