I was suckered into "renewing" for a year with a very low price. I should have known that they have realized how little their service is worth! When I called to cancel on the third business day after my renewal order, I was told that only original subscriptions are eligible for refunds in the first 3 days, not renewals. My membership had not been active for months but they still call it a renewal! I don't expect to get my money back but I'm spreading the word on these sites ... don't fall for the eHarmony scam! They are running on empty and they know it; they are just trying to squeeze a little more money out of it while they can.
