We ordered a bed a mattress and pillow and paid £152.97 in total, but only the mattress and the pillow was delivered in very poor condition. We called them but they do not answer the phone, after complaining for a while they finally refunded the price of the bed but not the VAT and delivery charges with we paid. So they still have pay us £13.60 for the VAT and £5 for the delivery charges.
