I was asked to buy stock in UCHB, Peiw, Vibe, and several other companies by Brian Kingsfield on several occasions. He always made it sound like no money could be lost as he had stock in his name to send me if they did not go up in value. When the price would go up he always had more to sell at a lower price and this stock would in turn then go up according to him. When all these stocks went lower in price, Brian always had a ready excuse. I could not contact Brian Kingsfield after several months so I contacted Ranny Hillyer and Jim Price at Aero-Financial to try to get some type of resolution. At first they seemed to be trying to help me but as time went on they started also making excuses about Brian Kingsfields' activities and did not know what could be done. I never got the stock in WHIO even though money was sent to Mid America Partners in Brian Kingsfield name. Peiw has dropped in price and I understand UCHB is worthless. If Brian Kingfield or Jim price approach you about buying securities be aware that it is most likely a scam and or pump and dump scheme.
