I filed a complaint with Consumer Complaint Agency.org (#1742137153) which resulted in the company being officially censured by the CCA, but without any financial satisfaction.

I went to Emergency Tooth Doctor on December 29, 2012 as my upper denture was nearly broken off on one side. I paid $2,440 for new dentures. The process started and did not end until I surrendered in April 2013. The first set of dentures they made were impossible to wear and it took them a month to make them. They made a 2nd set which took another month. I tried to make the dentures work, but could not speak cleary or chew food. At this point I had been unable to eat properly since December 29, 2012. On my last visit the dentist told me to go to Home Depot and buy an electric file and work on the teeth myself. This did not work out either.

On April 18, 2013, I had an 8:30am appointment with Affordable Dentures - Wilsonville PC. They could not understand how I had managed to get by with the dentures previously provided. They made me a new set. I had them at 4:30pm that same day and have not even had to go in for an adjustment. They are perfect. I believe I should receive a refund from Emergency Tooth.

Please see if you can do something for me or advise another avenue I can use to get satisfaction. The dentures that were made by Affordable Dentures cost me $775.00 compared to the $2,440 already spent. HELP PLEASE
