Titanium Transport

We placed a transport order with Titanium Transport around Feb 28th, 2013 to have my car picked up on March 30th, 2013 from Florida and be delivered to Ohio, the gentleman I spoke with said my quote was $425 and if I put a deposit down that day it would lock me into that price. So we paid a $200 deposit to lock us into the cost, here it is May 18th, 2013 and my car is still in Florida. They tried raising the transport amount to $900 even after we paid the $200 deposit to lock us into the $425. A couple weeks after arriving in Ohio we found out that an employee cancelled our order, they never notified us nor volunteered to give us a refund of our deposit, we found out about the cancellation when my boyfriend called to see why we had no car yet. Now we are having to scrap my car because we can no longer keep it at our friends house in Florida, so not only are we out the $200 from the deposit, but now we are out of a car as well because we have to scrap it. I would say we are taken a lose of between $1200-$2200 for the value of the car and the deposit we put down to have the car transported. If you can help with this matter it will be greatly appreciated.
