Something similar as the complaint 241324 happened to me.
I was looking for an iphone 5 on Craigslist, and saw two adds for a 64GB iphone at very low price each one. The contact e-mails were [email protected] and the other one was [email protected]. i sent an email to each one asking for info. After that i also was contacted by Valerie Altman, she is the same person as the complaint i've mentioned before and told me the same story.
I also did research and fortunately i found these complaints talking about the same issue. So i didn't do the transaction. Also Gmail is already displaying an alert of phishing on this emails.
