I signed up for a Free trial didn't cancel it within 14 days, because I hadn't received the product then.
Any way a month later 2 more products arrived, I checked my bank balance and a Total of £235.62 plus £6 in overseas charges had been taken out. I stopped my card to prevent any more being taken out.
My Emails are returned undelivered.
I found a number on the internet 0018669425005 called them. Spoke to Brad who said If I returned the products I would get a free refund.
She's sent a confirmation Email and details of how to return then.
Don't get angry or raise your voice to them, I think the people at the call centre really are trying to help. We'll see
