Just like the others who are complaining about natural green cleanse, I thought I was getting a free trial only to find out that they don't really mean free. Apparently, if you don't call within 14 days they charge you for your free trial and they are unwilling to credit your account if you call after the 14 days. My situation was a little different because even though I didn't know about the 14 day period, my shipment was late so I didn't even receive it to try it within the 14 day period. They still won't credit my account. They were very rude when I called them and I can tell they are used to talking to pissed off customers. Its like talking to a collection agency. They don't want to listen to you and they talk over you to continue telling you that you checked the box on their site and agreed to the terms. Well, the terms might be in there but they don't make that clear at all on their site. I never would have tried the free trial had I known it wasn't free.
