I selected a free 3 day trial with this company and canceled the subscription before the 3 days were up. However, I did not receive any correspondence back after 3 days. I sent another request to cancel the subscription and did not hear anything back after 3 or 4 days. Finally, I took my issue directly to the billing company and still have not heard anything back. The company advertised that if you canceled your subscription within the time frame of the 3 day trial, you would not be charged. This was a lie. I was charged $50 for a full month and no one form the company will even respond to cancel my account, let alone refund me. Do not waste your money or be lured by promises of a "free trial."
