Same exact thing that everyone else tells. I haven't made the actual calls for a refund yet but am in the process tomorrow. I am also sending out the letter to have written verification.

- The first day they talked to me they were really smooth. That same day they wanted all my credit card info along with the numbers on the back of the cards. I was appauled. I said no one gets them. I didn't give them the numbers on the back until a later date when they smoothed there way into it. Do you think I need to reapply for diffenent cards???
