AFTER NEARLY TWENTYFIVE YEARS RESIDENCY IN MD SECTION 8 PRIVATELY OWNED HUD SUBSIDIZED MULTIFAMILY HOUSING, I WAS ABRUPTLY EVICTED WITHOUT WARNING, WITH MY BELONGINGS DESTROYED.
I AM DISABLED WITH A TBI (TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY) AND WAS GRANTED REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS UNDER THE ADA. A PREDATORY PROPERTY MANAGER FORCED ME TO PAY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO HER IN RETALIATION FOR FILING COMPLAINTS TO AUTHORITIES.
FILING BASELESS FRIVOLOUS CASES AGAINST ME IN L/T COURT,IT ULTIMATELY ENDED WITH A FALSE CASE IN L/T COURT, WHICH THE LANDLORD DISMISSED AFTER EVICTING ME WHILE AWAITING THE COURT HEARING. I CAN DOCUMENT THE LETTERS OF DEMAND FOR MONEY, THE FALSE CASES, ALTERED DOCUMENTS AND FRAUDULENT LEDGERS.
