I attended a seminar and signed up for a course, but first spoke to about 5 -6 people to make sure that the office would ring me before taking any money off my credit card. I missed their first call, so rang back but got a recorded message, I left a message, they did not respond to my details, we kept missing phone calls as they had a recording each time I called and they did not return my calls as per my requests. Eventually they just took money off my credit card without first informing me. I have exchanged emails with Les Saldez and Rick Theobold to no avail. Had to threaten legal action to get them to stop making deductions against my credit card, but I want the money returned as I cannot avail of their "products" after all this. Total amounts deducted was $3095.00, and interest on my credit card due to these deductions is total $234.18 making $3329.18 so far.
