Nazir responded to a Craigs list add I posted to sell a truck. He asked me to meet him in Chula Vista, California. I did, he acted very peculiar and did not know what things a prospective truck buyer would evaluate. He asked me to drive him to a Bank of America. His suspicious behavior made me call the deal off. His phone number is from Oregon, He told me he was from Chicago.
That night he texted me inquiring to purchase my truck once again followed by a telephone call, which I did not answer. Nazir then called me twice the morning of 5/16/13 he asked me to meet him in downtown San Diego where he would purchase my truck for cash.
I told him if he wanted to buy the Truck He would have to meet me at the Clairemont square shopping center where a Bank of America and Auto Club Office are located, and we could transfer ownership. He told me he would not be registering the truck because he was shipping the truck to his own country. His story continuously changed, from buying the truck to move things to Los Angeles. To purchasing the Truck for friends in Los Angeles to wanting to ship the truck to his own country, after he had told me he grew up in Chicago.

I called the FBI this morning because Nazir is of Middle eastern decent. His purposes for purchasing my truck continuously changed as did many other details. I became suspicious he might want my truck for terrorist activity.
