I've sent 3 boxes with this company and they told will delivey in 4-6 week and I've been waiting for that almost 6 months and al ost never they answer the phones, if they do , they say the same that our properties are in custom, I'm really too tired been waiting and nothing happen . I have already complained with The BBB,FTC and they couldn't resolve anything cause Medrano denied to answer the letters and phones! I would like to find the solution to make them pay for all the waste time and money and, aldo the stress that Have been since I put my boxes in their hands.

- Sorry OFE i did not read address first place and now i know you sent from Los Angeles. and also I forget to add you that I been report BBB and they reject within one week because Medrano dont want communication or no answer. They response my text but never answer any calls even headquarter New York or Miami , Las Vegas. I been waiting 4 months now. I just curious what your reps who pick up and deliver? can you pm me? I will come back LOS Angeles around summer from Central America. So we can work together and make a case but need find more people who same as us. Please let me know asap
