Signed up for a carfax type report for "$1.00 Trial Membership" and received NO information about the vehicle we submitted to them We immediately called a phone number to cancel the membership and got no answer on the 866 437 1702 they provided on their site. We were subsequently charged a monthly fee of $18.95, which our credit card company "Capitol One " refuses to refund us, after submitting the documentation they requested.
