I got to know the advertisment from a facebook link, it linked to singaporewomenwellness.sg Upon reading it, i thought it was genuine but alas only after the transaction, i had a bad feeling and decided to expand the comments and lo and behold, after reading comments and chancing upon this website, i realize that i might be scammed?

Anyone from Singapore who ordered this too? Sigh, i am usually cautious with online transaction, but i do not know why i let the better get out of me. =( Whoever who is in the same boat, kindly come forward. Thanks.

  • Me too. I am from Singapore. I have just purchased a bottle each and only to find out later it may be a spam. Payment has been made. Not sure what to do now.

  • Hi Nadya and Michelle. I too bought the product from the link given by singapore women health. I am usually very cautious too. What do you think we should do? There are comments that the items arrived but in a month's time and they do not hav any effect at all. haiz. This is my first and last time purchasing anything from overseas ever again. I'll treat it as a lesson learnt and on top of that I might make a police report but I'll see how it goes.

  • Hi ladies, thank you for the replies. I have actually called my bank. Told them my experience and was advice cancel my card. Unfortunately, the transaction was successful. The bank also advice me to wait for 2 weeks and if i would like to pursue, i will need to come down to the bank to fill up the dispute form. I'm dissapointed too. I have always been cautious, and i did not know why it was so easy for me to take out my card and proceed with the transaction. Its like ive been hypnotize.

  • I one of them too. finally after 2 weeks i received the diet want. still got one more pure cleanse to go. same like u all canna the fb advert.

    call bank. bank terminate my card. then ask me fill dispute form. take 2 weeks to investigate (which is a waste of time, doubt can get my money back). BUT bill come still have to pay back bank first.

    Wonder should just go ahead and try to see any side effects anot.

  • Me too.. Have not received my order since 21st May. Yup.. like you all read all the comments/complaints that some receive the product late. Not sure to wait or fill up the bank's dispute form..

    I had read a lot of negative reviews about the nuvoryn products. Thou certain ingredients is a good source of diet/slimming, but it never states the quantity of the ingredients where is in doubt. Plus, is not approved by Singapore HSA. Personally, I would treat this $173.80 as a lesson, I rather throw the products then consume, if anything happen, there is NOONe to blame, except ourself for being so impulsive. Ladies, do not consume nor let others try. Don't take the risk.

    I received my products, after 3 weeks plus. Upon reading the ingredient, i found it contained gelatin. Anyone knows what gelatin it is? Please advice, coz if it is of animal gelatin, im not able to consume it.

    It seems like the products will still arrive, but much longer than what they have stated online ya.

    Nadya, Gelatin is usually made by prolonged boiling of skin, cartilage, and bones from animals. You are a vegetarian?

  • OMG!!! I too purchase it on 3rd june. . Oh dear means my $300+ is a fraud.. If I cancel the transaction now izzit too late.. I've been careful in all online purchase, but don kniw y this time I'll purchase in impulsive. Is there anything I can do??

  • I'm from Singapore and also placed an order (2 bottles) through a link from singaporewomenwellness.sg on 30 May 2013.
    It's being 10 days and I've not received my orders.

    I emailed them but received no reply. It's clearly that I've being scammed and there's no way I can get my money back.

  • Hi all, according to my experience, products sent from us take plus minus a mth to reach Singapore. I guess it's the same for uk. Since most of you do rcv yr products finally. I Hv just order 3 bottles Tdy and am contemplating on ordering 3 bottles of pure cleanse too.

  • I am from Singapore too! and just made a purchase of 8 bottles with my friend (each one 2 bottles)! wondering if its safe to eat and really hate the customer service! emailed them 3 times from the date of purchase (4/July) till now also no reply! what should I do? called bank and was told that the chances of winning the disrupt is small!!!!

  • Hi all, I have received my nurovyn order today. As I Hv mentioned earlier, postage from Uk take almost a mth plus minus to reach Singapore! Dun worry, believe u will receive yrs too. Cheers!

  • I am from Singapore. This is obviously scam, we need to fight this scam. I got all my evidence ready, now waiting for Citibank to reply me on this, so that I can raise a dispute.

    I have returned the products, and had it tracked.
    Contemplating to make a police report.

    you returned the product to them? So which means you received? how long does it take for you to receive it? called citibank about this and now, im still waiting for a reply from them. Just to investigate, they need 6 weeks and for a case to close require 6 months!!!

    The Citibank ppl told me that mine cannot be dispute. Cos I authorize the transaction.
    But I argue with them that this is a scam, are we allowing them to cheat more ppl.

    I got all the evidence ready, I told them I know there are many out there calling the credit cards to cancel, and Citibank is encouraging this scam.

    I told them this has to be escalated. Especially now the scam are smarter, so bank needs to buck up n change the rules of investigation. What I am doing is to fight this scam, not allowing more ppl to get cheated.

    Those who use credit cards I encourage more ppl to call n inform them.
    Let's also go make a police report via online. Need more ppl to escalate this.

    Sorry I am too angry forgot to explain what happen.
    I ordered through that http://www.womenshealthsg.com/singapore (obviously they took down the site already, I knew it and I did record down the product site), after made ordered from the site.
    I went to surf deeper into the content of womenshealthsg and realised that the contents are all fake. They made use or celebrities photos, which are fake. Facebook comments are fake too.

    So I realise this is a scam, I quickly went to send them emails n thru their form to ask for cancel. Then called Citibank within an hour to cancel transaction, they said they can't. Asked me to wait for merchant reply, if no reply next day then I can put in dispute. And they said it will take them about 60 days to put a claim.

    The next day I call Citibank again told them that they never reply, and they said they will investigate. But I told them I am going overseas so will be back after 2 weeks.

    When I was back I called Citibank, then they continue to ask same questions again. N ask if I receive goods. I got the goods but I told them I am returning, cos initially I wanted it to be returned.
    So they said they will call me again.

    I received the goods n quickly mailed back using registered mail.
    And today I speaked to the citibanker, and when they said they can't put in dispute cos I authorize it. And kept question how do I know it was scam.

    I repeat myself 3 times to different Citibank officer that I captured all evidence.
    Just need them to help so I can send them to verify n they can fight this scam with us.

    I told them that I want this to be escalated to their bosses. Cos this is a real scam.

    I also have this problem. it has been weeks since i file the disrupt, but no update or reply from them. emailed them and ask to cancel, but they didn't do anything! I'm still waiting for the reply from CITIbank! very disappointed with them though! will call them up in a weeks time if they didn't get back to me!

  • Was tempted to order but I did some Googling on the product and saw this (Content Removed)

    Won't be getting it since so many doubtful points on the products. Especially when there is no clear details on the company producing it and address is just a PO box.
