In March this year, my initial investment of $5,000 was made in Northpoint Web Mall. I was very pleased to have received comission checks as early as April 1st. The second comission checks were received on April 10th, dated April 8th. But as of today, May 15th, I have received no more comission checks.



Mr. Samuels talked me in to an additional $4,750 investment which was made on May 4th. Since May 4th, I have only spoken with Gregory Samuels, Amy, Donna and Sherry. Donna and Sherry were both very helpful by saying they would check into why I am not receiving comission checks. But there has been no follow-up calls.



I initially began calling to speak with Mr. Steven Turner, as he is supposed to be my mentor but yet I have not spoken with him since making the initial investment. I was asked by Teresa, who was the very first person I spoke with when she shared the value of investing with Northpoint Web Mall, if I was willing to talk with my mentor for 30 minutes each week. I have made numerous calls and left messages to speak with someone. Being ignored and not being given any explanation as to why Mr. Turner won't return even one phone call and why no more checks are being sent, is almost as bad as not receiving any more comission checks.



What is it going to take to get some answers? What reasons could possibly be so terrible that no one can give me an explanation for either not having another conversation with Mr. Turner and not receiving any more comission checks?

  • Hello Jeannie, I know the frustration, I too have gone through the exact same thing almost to the letter. We or someone has to stop these people somehow. I am going to keep calling Attorney Generals and Consumer Advocates until I get some answers. There are alot of people out there that have been scammed and these companies prey on people trying to make ends meet and instead of helping them they make things worse for them. Keep fighting and keep calling people and complaining. Thank You
