Complaint 241003 Details

I ordered a trial shipment for about $5 but they deducted $97.88 4/15 and again 5/15. I never expected to pay that amt, initially and I didn't expect to be sent moire product every month or have them automatically deduct $97.88 every month. I thought I must have ordered a real shipment and dismissed the first charge as my own fault. I ck'd my bank on line and was stunned to see another deduction of $97.88 ! I have attempted to get a refund for one of the deductions but I haven't had time to find out if they will or not. They said I have to return the shipment which I will do and then they will back out the purchase. The web site was very miss leading and there really was no way anyone would have guessed they were setting you up the way they did.
