This company just jumped in when I attempted to trial the E-CIC. I did not ask for this service and when I returned from vacation and saw their information I immediately called and canceled! I had a cancelation number 5C8C0D (I had down 5C948A). I saw today on my card statement that they had taken out $19.95. Since I was not aware of this company or what it even offered and was extremely upset. I have called again and talked with a supervisor with an expected credit within the week with another "refund cancelation number" of 05187.
