I was reference from my family member to get service that there call for Pakistan 1cent a minute , there agent called me his name is Tahar he told me that we charge for Pakistan one cent a minute. After activate and opened my account they charge me $38.46 on my credit card. We start use there service.When we get first bill I got shock it was 5 cent a minute, i called immediately Nu Era to cancel my service and I wrote them two pages of letter to explain how there agent they lie with the customers I waited for there reply for at least 27 days I did not get any response other hand they use my credit card without my authorization and charge US $ 68.04. Though they still owe me my original deposit $38.46 which they told that they will refund in 120 days.I am requesting all Canadian user of this service that one day you will be the victim of lies and this scam Please cancel this service immediately. This company is completely fraud. Jawaid
