Complaint 240822 Details

Please understand that this is not really a complaint. Because I am sure it is due to my not understanding the guidelines or the actions needed taken by myself to get involved with a program that I alone signed up for. So being that my own bank in which is the same bank that the check was drawn up on stated that the check written out to me in the name of Mdirect was a false check, and possibly a scam action taken by my excepting a role in the actions of signing up with the said company. And that they could not process the check into my checking account due to the possible idea that the check is a fraud and non activationable. They also stated that they will need to keep the check and that it can not be rereleased into my hands. Now The question I have is being that I truely feel that this is not a scam, that I signed up with Mdirect knowingly that there must be something done by myself to quailify for the funds. Please to whom ever this may concern please contact me via my E-mail to let me know excactly what I need to do in order to get the check deposited into my bank account.
