On August 21, 2011 Match.com renewed my subscription without notifying me about the pending renewal. I did not find out until I received my charge card statement after September 15th. I called Match.com on October 4th to express my concern.

I was not allowed to have even a partial refund because "their system" wouldn't allow it. Do I have any recourse to pursue this further? I hate being ripped off.
