No.42979 was not delivered after many reminders. It was paid for by PayPal, however,
they refused to give me a refund because I filed the request after their deadline of 45 days. This was due to the fact that the supplier apologized for delivery delay, so I waited and missed the PayPal deadline. I was sick for more than a year and was unable to follow up on this transaction.

The merchant made a full refund via PayPal which may take 30 days to process according to the information received from PayPal.
