My complaint is the same as everyone else. Their free trial is not a sample but the real product which automatically bills you after 14 days. No invoice or information is sent with any product.No information is in writing about receiving your order, the trial period or products being routinely shipped. Run around from every customer service person. They tell you you cannot return their product. Told there was no supervisor and to contact Larry Roberts the manager. Problem is you can't contact him as there is no main # to the company. AZll calls go to Customer Service and they have NO WAY of transfering calls. Guess they don't have voicemail.
