Hi Mark, I researched your billing history and we did 3 months of SEO for you, and ranked your sited for xmas lights plano, I also see an email in our system how happy you were with the results.
You failed to cancel your account within 3 days prior to your billing date as agreed to in contract.
It also looks like our CEO tried to resolve this with you 3 times and all you did was scream and yell on the phone.
Maybe you should read the contracts you sign more carefully in the future. -
