on April 28,2013 my brother call this shop to ask for information,if they could repair the problem of my car. they pick up my car on the 4/30/13 All the paties from the beginning knew the motor was broken since the motor5/8/13 they called to say that half of the motor wasent good.They also said I have to change radiator cap,hoses of the radiator, hoses to the heater,the by pass,oil sensor,temperature sensor,front belt,alternador, power steeling, supports, prensa de spider, alot of coneccions, sparck plugs, and baleros.They told my brother and I a price of 1100.00 dollares.5/10/2013 They change the price almost 3 times more after that. Then they give another diferent list. and now they want 2,800.00 plus taxes I cant afford to pay that amount and now they make me feel obligated to pay the 2,800.00 and now to take my car back ( no rapair ). They also want me to pay the amount of 650.00 plus tow truck. I give a down payment of 50.00 dollars to Mr. Ignacio son of the owner but he didnt explain anything about the charging of the650.00 He explain the work but never the charge of the650.00 and he just take the paipers outside the shop , they didnt letme go inside. He talked to my brother by phone that day but ignacio never mention that amount . I was infront of Ignacio. I feel like Im being advantage of just because Im a woman and I don't know anything about auto rapair I will apreciate if I can get any help im not refuse to pay im just want a fair amount thank you.
