Ok so ordering from them I didn't feel right especially not getting a confirmation through email. but the fact I only paid for shipping is the big catch to the whole scam. In addition it's a hustle to wait for it to come in and send it back meanwhile you need to check your credit to see if any activity of fraud. I spoke to the customer support and I had raised my tone saying I'm not interested into this and found something local for the time being and he was saying but we have 95% satisfaction.later on after not being helpful for a refund I had called my bank advisor and got on the line with her she than put me on hold and than triple lined us 3 in the same conference. It got hectic but from taking time to pull up information my advisor started to question him in other ways to make sure this will be refundable however stay far away from this beta force big problem and don't want it to happen to none of you guys after me
