Hi ,

This email is regarding the money missing on my return . I purchased a pair of sunglasses worth 115.49 and I was not told by the sales person that it is imperfects and I dint like the fit of it and came back to return it in 10 minutes . This was in Gilroy store ..they associate accepted the mistake but said I can’t refund if i buy a new I can give u a store credit… . I bought a another pair of Versace which was for 220 so and paid additional 113.53 ...I did not like that new pair also so after some days I went to return that in Steven creek store as I stay near by …..to the store they said they can’t refund me the full amount …I was only refunded 113.53 but was not refunded 115.49 and was giving me credit note for the pending amount which I dint accept . I have returned both the pairs to sunglass hut 1st Versace imperfects and second pair Versace regular ….and I have given total of 115.49 + 113.53 and have only got 113.53 …I am missing 115.53 …I have visited the store minimum 10 times to resolve this issue and almost 25+ calls I haven’t got this resolved by any of the manager . I was supposed to get a call from Tiffiany 2 weeks back …but unfortunately no one has called me to resolve this issue .

This was my first experience with sun glass hut and Indeed the most painful ….full of lies and dissatisfaction. Me as a customer has lost trust and money ……

I need my money back coz no way the trust can be repaired now …

Tell me what do u need from to give me my missing money .
