I Order some flowers to be deliver before mothers day at Puerto Rico. the money was taken away out my acct. i notice there was no confirmation of a email i called to see why they never send me a confirmation by email. they said withing 2 hours i did waited and nothing yet. i waited until the next day for the flowers to be delivered and nothing. until this day on Monday 13, 2013 nothing ..no call no delivery. i need to claim my refund. how sad and such embarrassment and how people can get away with stilling from others.
