I ordered diet patches from the Diet Patch Company and had used the patches for only 7 days when my account was charged for 89.97, without my knowledge. I thought I would use the patches a full 14 days and then I would let the company know if I wanted to keep the patches. I called the company on 5-10-13 and spoke with Tiffany, she informed me that the fourteen days begin on the day of shipment not the day I receive them, so therefore, noone gets their full 14 days before they are charged a full month. I told her I didn't want the patches and would return them because of the price and the fact that the patches didn't work. At that point I was told that no opened package could be returned, what a racket, they have quite the scam going on. I told Tiffany that there is a Class Action Suit on going for the Hydroxatone Company and that they may be the next for taking advantage of people. She told me that I could e=mail her Supervisor, who by the way doesn't have a name only an e-mail address. So please do not order this product, it does not work and they take your money.
