MyTechSquad advertise Microsoft support and in good faith I thought they were subcontracted to provide services. I paid them $330.00 to fix a problem and to provide one year's service. As I began to realise how unprofessional they were and as they didn't fix the problem, I immediately asked for my money back. Their invoice states they will refund within 15 days. I've heard nothing from them since, no return calls nor answers to my emails. I have now reported them to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and the NSW office of Fair Trading.
