I put down $300.00 cash on a kid bed headboard and frame . Due to a family emergency. I had to cancel the purchase. Sales rep. Suzie Benton ssaid they had to order from. Alameda warehouse and send to store.Aprox 2 weeks.
When I came into store to cancel- They said there would be a charge of 40% to cancel and restock. No where does it say this on my contract. No where is it posted any where in the store for Rules or policies. No sales person never mentioned this at all. Bad businesss to customer unaware of this policy.
