I ordered a dress from inweddingdress.com and when it came in, it looks NOTHING like the photos they showed online.

I tried to look up their contact info and the only way to contact them was via email, which I did. They are trying to charge me 30% restocking fee PLUS $30 return shipping.

I have photos of the product they sent, which once again looks nothing like the product they show online.

I think that it is a scam and the only way they make money is through their "restocking" fee.

They refuse to do anything for you beyond their "return policy" and are making my life a complete hell. I am thinking about calling my credit card company as well to report them.

  • Sorry to hear that again about the contact way and return policy, here i got one highly recommended,http://www.kimidress.co.uk/ .They have real phone number to call if you encounter problems, and they will definitely return the money back according to the policy as i ordered one ,and then changed mind,so they returned my cash which made me happy.
