On May 3rd 2013 i found a listing for a 2003 bobcat 331 mini excavator for sale on craigslist, Texarkana, i emailed the person about such sale, and she, Nancy, repiled back. she gave me a story about the equiment in qestion and told me she would prefer to go though ebay services for a secure payment.
I emailed her back comfirimg i wanted to buy, so on May7th 5am what apprears to be ebay emailed me what and how to make payment.
For some reason i just got a bad feeling after i made last payment before delivery, and called ebay, thats when i was told ebay dose not make buyers send money grams to them for online purchases and that it was most likly a fake/scam. i emailed Nacy back to aske for her ebay account number to verify the account was true and not a scam. no reply was ever sent back. I did email her and the ebay email that i wanted my money back or a was going to report this to the FBI, and that where i am at.
