I have bought a S$8.91 facial deal voucher on Streetdeal.com billed on 9/5/13. Understanding that it is a Premium Member offer price which is free for 48 hours, I went ahead to buy it. Having done plenty of online shoppings, I would expect when premium member offer with trial period has reached its time limit, the company would email the customer asking whether or not they would like to continue with such service. Never have I come across such case where I would immediately get a deduction of $99.00 in my account on 11/5/13 without any notification from the company itself.
I emailed them right away once I saw it today, 13/5/13. Hope to get a reply from them ASAP.
