pak watan cargo are complete robing people, i book an appointment with them and got a quote, when they came to pick up the parcel i wasnt at home and they charged my mum 3x the quote they gave over the phone. I rang them and they was unable to give a reason for this and didn't even apologise never mind give a refund!
